The North-West province of South Africa was created after the end of the Apartheid in 1994, and includes parts of the former Transvaal and Cape Province. The most popular languages are Tswana and English.

North West’s biggest attraction is the Sun City complex. Sun City is one of the world’s biggest entertainment centers. The center holds a casino, an 18-hole golf course, entertainment halls, a wave pool, a reconstructed rainforest, and a number of high end hotel. Sun City brings all the fun to one place.

The Ukutula Lodge and Lion Research Center is a must see in North West. Lions, giraffes, antelopes and zebras roam free on 260 hectares of grasslands while 130 different species of birds fly above. The lodge is known as “the place of quiet” where the only noise you’ll hear is a lions roar. Ukutula participates in conservation education and research, so don’t skip out on learning a thing or two on your visit.
